REED are currently working with a Financial Services client based in Teesside who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Team Manager to join the business in the new year.

With an attractive package including salary from £33,600 - £42,000 (dependent on experience) plus:

28 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays
Defined benefit pension scheme

Annual bonus plan scheme
12 months full pay maternity and 6 months full pay paternity leave
Hybrid working with flexible hours between 8am 6pm across a 37hour week

As the Team Manager, you will have experience in work management and leadership with performance management experience and proven results.

You will be required to develop and lead a team of 10x members ensuring that your team complies with internal procedures,legislations and regulations whilst adhering to service and quality standards.
