As an Investment Operations Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving key projects within the investment operations domain.

Here are your key responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end project management of investment operations initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies within the investment operations processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.

Risk Management:

Assess and mitigate risks associated with investment operations projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Technology Integration:

Work closely with the IT department to integrate and implement technological solutions that enhance investment operations efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track project progress and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

5+ years in investment operations with a successful project management track record.
Strong knowledge of Crest, Overseas Custodians, and FCA regulations.
Proven experience in the wealth management sector.
Exceptional communication skills, able to challenge positively.
Systematic and detailoriented project management style.
