Description

An annual salary of up to £27,500 + benefits is available

This will be an office based position with occassional travel to other company sites, as such a drivers licence and vehicle will be required.

Responsibilities

1st line support for diagnosing problems and issues.
Escalate issues where needed
Service desk, desktop and telephone support for 1st line issues
Installation and configuration of IT equipment
Provide outstanding customer

Requirements:

The Service Desk Analyst will have:

Strong 1st Line Support support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Active Directory skills
Experience of using Microsoft tools including Excel.
