Description
An annual salary of up to £27,500 + benefits is available


This will be an office based position with occassional travel to other company sites, as such a drivers licence and vehicle will be required.


Responsibilities

  • 1st line support for diagnosing problems and issues.
  • Escalate issues where needed
  • Service desk, desktop and telephone support for 1st line issues
  • Installation and configuration of IT equipment
  • Provide outstanding customer

Requirements:


The Service Desk Analyst will have:

  • Strong 1st Line Support support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Active Directory skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft tools including Excel.
