Executive Summary

Key job accountabilities

Help oversee company stock holding and warehouse team to ensure goods are picked and delivered to branches/salons and out via courier
Ensure goods are booked in and out of the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure warehouse and store areas are correctly laid out, kept safe and efficiently run
Assist in training and developing warehouse and driver team according to company procedures
Monitor the ongoing performance of the warehouse and driver team and look for improvements and efficiency where possible
Assist in regular meetings for your team, to brief them on new promotions and share best practices
To ensure timely and accurate completion of all the necessary administration in line with management

The network you would work with
Stores Team, Drivers, Cash and Carry Team, Buying Team, Directors, Hairdressing Salons (including Key Customer Accounts), Suppliers, Sales Managers, Salon Supplies Account Managers, Branch Managers and Marketing Team

Essential skills required

Previous team leadership experience
Focused on achieving objectives, managing time/priorities, follow up on actions
Actively looks for new solutions, create new ideas
Drive for results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good numeric skills
Good sense of humour
Relevant PC skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Driving Licence
Fork Lift Licence an advantage but not essential
