Description
Our finance team are looking for an experienced
Accounts Administrator to cover an initial 6 month period, however there may be an opportunity to extend the contract thereafter to a permanent positon.
Sales Ledger
- Debtor's receipts & credit control
- Invoice batches
- Daily online banking (foreign currency)
- Sales ledger reconciliations (produce monthly statistical analysis/reports/graphs)
- Fixed asset reconciliation/depreciation
- VAT returns & journal entries
Management Accounts
- Stock reconciliation/journal processing
- Debtors/Creditors reconciliation
- Intercompany transactions
- Prepayments/Accruals
- Foreign currency revaluations
- Balance Sheet/Audit Schedules
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, methodical, enjoy reconciliation work and ensuring adequate controls are in place for accurate and timely reporting.
The hours of work are negotiable, however we are expecting this temporary position to cover around 3 to 4 days per week on dayshift hours between 8.45am and 5pm
