Contact & Support Team Leader


Location:
Reading (with some flexibility for hybrid or remote working)

Salary:
Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support Customer Engagement around England, we are seeking a
Contact & Support Team Leaderto assist on the strategy and implementation of a successful customer engagement plan.


As the
Contact & Support Team Leader, you will support the Operations Manager in leading a team of Contact Agents and the Contact Support Team, who will in turn support learners engaging with the programme.


You will support this team with dealing with escalated queries, managing complaints, supporting the training and development of individual team members, and working closely with the Technology team to create new solutions to problems that occur.

Collectively,this team will ensure education settings can make fully informed decisions about engaging with the programme, and programme participants can be fully supported throughout the customer journey.


This role will work closely with the Operations Manager to support the Programme Leadership Team to report on key performance metrics and provide insights to the wider programme team.
