Description

The role of the venue supervisor is to overlook and ensure all aspects of the operation are running efficiently and smoothly.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of staff
• Assiting with the turn around and prep for different events as and when needed
• Ensure adherence to the organisations, policies, procedures and working guidance
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness is met at all times
• Carry out routine checks of all areas, toilets, bar operations and bar floor
• Ensuring all traders are happy and have no issues
• Undertaking weekly stock takes and cellar management
• Carry out general tasks including routine maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Locking up and ensuring the property is secured at the end of a shift
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is filled in and completed
• Dealing with any customer issues or complaints

• Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
