I am proud to be working with a client based in Louth, looking for a new Business Development Executive to join their existing team.
Your role will be to help generate income for the business through existing customers as well as new customers.
Duties include:
- Calling lapsed customers to reengage with them and build new relationships
- Help build a new database of new customers
- Nurture existing relationships with current customers to help grow business
- Updating CRM system with details of customers
- Upsell the full range of products and services to help increase revenue
- Work as part of a team in a collaborative manner
As the new Business Development Executive, you will have the following skills/experience:
- Proven sales/business development skills
- The ability to be selfmotivated when lone working
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident in working to targets
- Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems
The role will be a mixture of office based and home working.
An attractive starting Salary of £24,000 is on offer as well as realistic OTE taking it to £27,000 to £29,000 per year.
