Our client is currently looking to expand their customer support team, with a strong, multi skilledAccount Coordinator.

The company are friendly and informal and offer a great team cultureThis role will be mainly supporting the Sales Director, working key customers, Amazon, Dunelm, Studio, Freemans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Account Managers to compile customer order forms, checking all product details are correct and scheduling requests to the rest of the business including Supply Chain and Buying teams
- Supporting customers to make sure that all questions are addressed
- Helping to compile customer orders for key Retailers
- Following the order process through to deliver
- Managing sample requests
- Working with the National Account Managers to help prepare customer information
- Provide weekly updates to the team
- Maintaining customer database information
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Good written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer and keyboard skill
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills
- Quick to learn
