Our client is currently looking to expand their customer support team, with a strong, multi skilled
Account Coordinator.

This role will be mainly supporting the Sales Director, working key customers, Amazon, Dunelm, Studio, Freemans.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting Sales Account Managers to compile customer order forms, checking all product details are correct and scheduling requests to the rest of the business including Supply Chain and Buying teams
  • Supporting customers to make sure that all questions are addressed
  • Helping to compile customer orders for key Retailers
  • Following the order process through to deliver
  • Managing sample requests
  • Working with the National Account Managers to help prepare customer information
  • Provide weekly updates to the team
  • Maintaining customer database information
