Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join the Customer Services Team 3 days per week.

The postholder will work as an effective team member to present a welcoming and professional front line service to students, enquirers and visitors to the college.

The postholder will be responsible for college visitor management systems and processes to ensure safeguarding and visitor safety.

They will give initial course and college information to visitors who require it, referring customers to specialist teams where appropriate.

Flexibility is essential within this role and regular evening work will be required.

Closing date: 5th January 2023

Interviews will take place week commencing: 9th January 2023
