Job Purpose
To provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service to the Assistant CEO and CEO.
Duties and responsibilities
To manage the Assistants CEO's electronic diary providing for all appointments and meetings, ensuring a manageable schedule is maintained, ensuring it is kept up to date and if needed a daily overview of forthcoming events with documentation provided to the Assistant CEO.
- To be the first line of contact between the Assistant CEO and any phone calls, requests from staff or visitors, ensuring only appropriate contact is made and manage all communications from the Assistant CEO to all employees.
- To devise and manage systems which improve the efficiency of trust administration providing additional support to the CEO as required.
- To process the Assistant CEO's mail ensuring that all important matters are dealt with confidently and effectively in line with arrangements established with the Assistant CEO
- To generate correspondence on behalf of the Assistant CEO as required
- To assist and support in the administration of work for Trust executives as and when required by the CEO.
- To undertake projects in relation to Trust admin as required by the CEO and Assistant CEO
- To undertake high level research and prepare briefings as required.
- To be able to proofread documentation on behalf of the Trust and make amendments or suggestions as required, ensuring a high quality of written communication is maintained.
- Help design promotional material for Brighter Futures Learning Partnership Trust, not limited to but including brochures and videos.
- Support with marketing and communication material, including infographics and social media posts.
- Accurately populating data tracking sheets as directed. It is essential that this is undertaken with a critical eye to ensure accuracy and that documents are fit for purpose.
- To track delegated tasks where required and monitor progress, chasing any documentation or responses not received and keeping the Assistant CEO informed as appropriate.
- To liaise with external organisations representing the Trust in an efficient and professional manner as directed by the CEO or Assistant CEO
- Any other tasks which fall within the competence of the postholder as may be required from time to time.

Educated to a good academic level, including grade C minimum in GCSE English and Maths.
