Lettings Administrator - Immediate Start


AWC Staff Services LTD are working on behalf of a new company who are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their expanding team with an immediate start.


Working hours are pm Monday to Thursday (four day week hours) and 9.00 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (5 day week hours) on rota.

Every third Saturday is 10.00am

  • 2.00pm and you claim these hours back from the following week days.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the general administration and management of maintenance activities upon our portfolio
  • Administering and managing end of tenancy notices received
  • Handling tenant enquiries
  • Categorising, assessing and handling repairs upon managed residential properties
  • Ensuring work requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Allocating works to maintenance contractors
  • Ensuring company paper work & filing is in order
  • Accurate and timely reporting to colleagues & clients
  • Managing and maintaining maintenance spreadsheets
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Ability to use Initiative
  • Computer Literate
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient and thorough in their work

  • Good communication skills both internally and client facing
  • Confident, friendly and well presented
  • IT literate

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
