The Role:


  • Property disagreements
  • Landlord and tenant dispute
  • Repossession/eviction proceedings
  • Building disputes
  • Right of way disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • Inheritance claims
  • Contested Probate
  • Debt recovery/repayment
  • Service charge disputes and right to manage claims
  • A qualified litigation solicitor (4 years PQE plus)
  • Works well to deadlines and targets
