Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with a Global Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a Senior Employee Communications Manager to join their Core team, on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team, responsible for leading on the firm-wide People & HR Communications - specifically supporting the Chief People Office.
As Senior Employee Communications Manager your role will include;
- Working closely with senior peers and C-Suite stakeholders to produce engaging communications contents for a variety of HR/People campaigns
- Establishing a peopleled communications approach, embedding employer branding within all communications
- Providing advisory/counsel to core stakeholders on messaging and building internal brand
- Collaborate with broader communication peers and senior leaders on enterprise wide programmes
- A strong background working within the Internal/Employee Communications space; ideally from Financial or Professional Services settings
- Prior experience leading campaigns relating to Diversity & Inclusion, HR, CSR and wider People Initiatives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging copy/content from scratch
- Comfortable working with Senior Leadership/Senior Stakeholders across a highmatrix organisation
- A handson approach, 'cando' attitude and a team player
Extra Information;
- Salary range; £60,000 £70,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
- Location; City of London (Flexible working 2 days per week in office)
