Our Salisbury based client is looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join their established team. This is a company that puts it's customers at the heart of everything they do. As a customer service Advisor you would be tasked with the following:

  • Answering calls from clients and advisors
  • Assisting with complex enquiries
  • Helping with Ecommerce and Live web chat enquiries
  • Highlight any areas or ideas to improve overall service
Full training is provided and our client will offer you the opportunity to progress as it continues to grow.

Although they are open to all applicants the following experience would be to your advantage:


  • Previous call Centre experience
  • Previous Financial Services experience
  • Ability to priortise workload
  • A team player
  • Confidence in your own decision making


This position is office based, their office is a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the nearest Park and Ride.

They are offering a salary of up to £26K DOE and an excellent pension contribution alongside an annual bonus scheme.

The office hours are Monday - Friday between 8.3am - 5.30pm (8 hour shifts in including 1 hour lunch).

As the preferred start date is the 2nd May 2023 interviews are being conducted immediately.
