Overview for Recruitment Consultant - Kingston Upon Thames

Whilst having some recruitment or sales experience would be advantageous, this is by no means a deal breaker with on the job training provided to get stuck in from day one.

We work predominantly within the Construction, Civil Engineering, R&D Tax, Finance and Office Support sectors recruiting white collar staff on a primarily permanent basis, but work on contract / freelance placements too.

We are very much open to expandinginto other areas to further grow our business, giving potential new joiners opportunity to run their own sectors and desks in the years to come.

What are we looking for?

Whilst a Degree is nice, it is by no means necessary
Ambition and Drive is key as anyone will tell you, this is what will set you apart.
Some previous sales / Recruitment experience is useful, but with a good level of verbal communication this can be trained.
Any particular knowledge about the finance, construction or civil engineering industry would be handy.
Willing to learn and have a work hard play hard mindset.

Day to day responsibilities:

Advertising vacancies through our job boards and website.
Representing the business in the best light possible, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Creating, maintaining and nuturing long term relationships that will last.
