Customer Service Representative

Full-Time (Monsay-Friday)


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating information, tracking orders, and resolving any accountrelated issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Experience:


  • Motivated to achieve results.
    Ability to work in a fastpaced environment against deadlines. Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
    Strong relationship skills. Ability to work independently and in a team without supervision.
    Good IT skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word Honesty and Integrity.
    Drive and Commitment. Team Player.
Please note this is a full-time position 35+ hours per week.


Salary:
£23,137.00-£24,585.00 per year
