Here at the Nottingham we have an exciting opportunity to join our estates and facilities team as Document Management Assistant.

Working in a direct team of 3 within a wider Estates and Facilities team, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is eager to develop, learn and work alongside a genuinely supportive team.

You will be handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as maintaining accurate postal records.

This role also includes being the face of the society with visitors and facilities contractors, ensuring they are greeted and given correct access when arriving at our Head Office.

**Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as a
Document Management Assistant at The Nottingham -**- Efficiently and accurately scan in documents so that users of the system can access and read relevant documents

  • Index all documents accurately to ensure they are recorded in the correct area of the system and retrievable by all users
  • Allocate and distribute post to relevant teams and departments
  • Manage effective relationships with internal and external customers; delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Support with reception duties by greeting and supporting visitors and contractors on site signposting them and dealing with and queries
