Responsibilities and Duties
So What Will You Be Doing?
As a trainee, your primary responsibility will be to support the service and accounts teams with administration of our customer records and service bookings
Responsibilities will include:
- Purchase invoice processing
- Sales invoice processing Repair quote processing
- Repair quote processing
- Repair order processing
- Planned Maintenance visits processing
- Maintenance of customer records
- Maintenance of supplier records
- Timely and accurate maintenance of company records
- Provide general assistance to other members of the team where necessary
You will work closely with the service team to create build long-term relationships with existing accounts as well as with suppliers.

To be successful and happy in your job with us you need to be determined, positive, outgoing and totally committed with a great sense of humour You will have engaging communication skills enabling you to connect easily with people over the telephone, have exceptional writing, grammar and spelling skills, and be brim full of ideas on how we can engage with our clients and prospects.
We do not expect you to have a great deal of experience but do expect you to have the energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop in this role.
As a true team player, you have a willingness to assist in all aspects of the business if required.You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
£7.50-£10.00 per hour
