Summary:


Are you a passionate HSEQ professional? Join our prestigious client as an HSEQ Advisor and play a pivotal role in implementing Health and Safety legislation, conducting internal support, and championing safety at every level.

This site-based role will involve working around the country, including night shifts as required.


Requirements:


  • Hold a recognized safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, BSC, etc.)
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Welldeveloped investigation and auditing skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Health and Safety law.
  • Experience in team working and onsite selfmanagement.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong interest in legislative, regulatory, and goodpractice standards.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:


  • Implement Health and Safety legislation effectively.
  • Ensure companywide compliance with management systems.
  • Monitor and report findings to the HSEQ manager.
  • Engage with workforce representatives to champion safety.
  • Conduct incident investigations and report outcomes.
  • Develop and submit sitespecific safe systems of work documentation.
  • Represent the Company in HSEQ matters.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable understanding of Environmental law.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Lift Plan requirements.
  • Proven track record of reporting issues and positive results.

  • This role is fully onsite, with no option for hybrid working.

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
