_Key Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager - Recruitment _

_Basic Salary:
£25,000 to £35,000 plus marketing leading commission structure (Uncapped commission)_

_Colchester, Essex _

This is the ideal opportunity for someone to who is currently working in account management or similar looking to experience the recruitment industry or someone who is currently working in recruitment looking to move predominantly into the managementof key accounts in order to bring new business in. _

_Who are Whitehall Resources?_

_Overview of role:
_

Maintaining relationships with our existing client base to systematically map out and generate new business within the IT contract and permanent recruitment market.
Managing major accounts with the business
Forming new relationships to secure live roles.
Attending client meetings
Identify areas within our current client base, contacts, and connections where we are not maximising every opportunity to build a path to encompass
Qualifying jobs from clients
Managing successful client relationships though to delivery
