Life Cafés & Resorts is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company on a mission to deliver bespoke and sustainable Food & Beverage and unique Leisure experiences across our UK operations.

With Café and Leisure operations in truly special venues across the country.

We are currently looking for an experienced
Supervisor to join our Team as a
Leisure Boats Supervisor reporting directly to the on site General Manager at
Belper River Gardens.

The following position is required to join our beautiful operation on a
4 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the view to being extended) and will be an integral part of our leisure operations at Belper River Gardens.

We are looking for someone who will be:

Passionate about coffee/ food and customer service, have great people management skills coupled with the ability to demonstrate the highest standards.
General customer service: answering questions, providing warm and friendly support to our customers.
Providing assistance to customers getting in and out of the boats in a safe manner.
Processing payment for activities, either by cash or card.
Ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the boats at all times.

Health and Safety:

You will ensure the Health and Safety of the customers is a priority and your site complies with the required standards at all times.
Safeguarding the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, guests and visitors by enforcing a 'safety first' culture.
Ensuring that safety guidelines are in place at all times for customer boat hire
Previous experience in a supervisory position.
Strong hospitality and leisure background.
Excellent understanding of H&S within hospitality.
Strong business and financial acumen.
