Our mission is to improve health and health equity in the UK and worldwide; working in partnership to achieve excellence in public and global health research, education and translation of knowledge into policy and practice.
We have been funded to develop a new questionnaire-based instrument to measure care-work related quality of life.

This project builds on our previous work that developed a framework to understand the components of the quality of life at work among direct care workers in England.

The aim of the current project is to complete the development and validation of the instrument. We are recruiting a Research Fellow to undertake psychometric analyses during the validation of the new instrument.

The post is full-time 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and fixed term until 28th February 2026.

The post is funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research for Social Care (RfSC) and is available from 1st June 2024.
