£24,000 basic + Travel Allowance
This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading Property Investment Company as their Sales Administrator.
With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cape Town and London, this offers great prospect for progression and growthwithin the company.
Previous experience working in the Property industry is essential for this position, as it will be very busy from the word go.
You will be working with overseas investors, on off plan developments from the point of exchange to completion of sale, as well as supporting clients and other parts of the business.

Sales Administrator key duties:
Handle the day to day property operations and client relations of assigned properties
Primary contact from point of sale, to exchange, completion and handover
Liaising with lawyers, agents and developers
Sales administration
Processing sales data
Sales Administrator requirements:
1 + year experience working within property sales sector
Ability to form excellent client relationships
Pro-active problem solver and strong communicator
Passionate and optimistic
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organised and experience working in a busy office environment
Package for the Sales Administrator:
Salary:
£24,000 + monthly travel allowance
Hours: 9:00am-6pm Mon-Friday
