Description

One of the newest and largest Colleges within the University of Oxford, St Catherine's, is seeking to appoint a Lodge Porter (Nights).

St Catherine's main reception area, its Porters' Lodge, plays a crucial role in the College community as the reception point for all students, staff and visitors.

You will play a key role in delivering the high standards of reception and security services.

As this is a customer-facing role, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and are resourceful.

Salary:
£12.68 per hour

Hours: 75 hours per fortnight, usually over 8 days with 6 days off, working within the period 11pm to 8am and including weekend daytime/ evening shifts.

Our benefits package includes parking on site, free use of the College gym, a generous annual leave allowance and free meals whilst on duty.
