Our client, a prestige car dealership, in Bedford has the requirement for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their Aftersales team.


Responsibilities:

As a Workshop Controller your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently
  • You will be expected to be able to calculate and manage the effective use of the workshop's resources
  • Monitor staff and workshop performances to maintain standards
  • Allocate work to workshop team based on mix of skills available
  • Resolve customer queries according to centre guidelines

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous Workshop Controller or Master Technician experience
  • Be a strong communicator to take a customer focused approach to their work
  • Have the skills to influence others to succeed
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration & Benefits:


  • Basic Salary £32,000 £35,000
  • On Target Earning £37,000 £40,000
  • Great Benefits Package

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8am 6pm
