The Role:

We are seeking to hire a
Property Caretaker to clean and maintain two primary schools within the Biggleswade area. You will be working with a family-owned business who provide specialist cleaning services to the education sector.


Caretaker Duties include:

• Operate between two small primary schools
• Fire alarm testing (full training)
• Minor works painting & decorating
• General handyman duties
• Inspecting play areas and playgrounds
• Minor works Grounds maintenance strimming and grass cutting
• Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, parents, visitors & contractors

Cleaning duties will include:

• General cleaning
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Mopping communal floors
• Damp dusting fixtures and fittings
• Low level window cleaning
• Cleaning kitchen areas
• Washroom cleaning
• Classroom cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Driving license & own transport travel allowance paid
• Well organised
• Hardworking

• Teamwork

Job Types:
