Description

A growing General Practice based in Enfield is looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team.

The Residential Surveyors role
Conducting Homebuyers Surveys, including Valuations and Building Surveys to create reports for home buyers in the London area.

They also carry out private Valuation Surveys and Building Surveys on Commercial and other asset types for private clients for tax, probate, matrimonial and secured lending purposes.

The Residential Surveyor will ideally hold

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
Knowledge of building pathology, lender guidance and expectations
Clear and concise communication skills
Understanding of the London and South East markets
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Full drivers license and car is essential
