Our client is a specialist SFS contractor delivering a sub-contract package on a major building project in Aberdeen.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and manage the site operations for a minimum duration of 8 weeks but couldgo up to 6 months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage and supervise a team of site operatives, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely in compliance with main contractor processes.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the main contractor Site Management team and other subcontractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required standard
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reports on site activities and project milestones
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered to site in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
  • Completion of all required paperwork

Key Requirements:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a site management role on a construction project
  • Experience working with SFS systems or cladding/steel frame experience
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications are essential


There is start available from Monday 13th March and this role can be worked Ltd Co, CIS Umbrella or PAYE.
