The Flexible Learning Programme is a multi-million ound transformational change programme to support the achievement of the University's strategic priorities and continued success.


This role focuses on initiating, creating, developing and evaluating employee and student engagement and communications activity to support the delivery of the University's Flexible Learning strategy.


As a member of the Flexible Learning Programme, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of innovative communications solutions.

You will build close professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to strategic communications and engagement to deliver a consistent and co-ordinated messaging for the project.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of communications to engage with students and staff and on an exciting programme of transformation.

You will be an experienced communicator with a passion for change, coupled with demonstrable project skills.

With a fresh innovative approach, you will be keen to support your colleagues to create and deliver their messages, across a wide range of projects, through smart and effective channels.

You should have the ability to lead in digital communications aspects of effective project promotion, engagement and buy in.
