Customer Experience Executive - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive working for Lincat and Middleby UK based at one of our sites in Bristol.

The purpose of the role is to develop sustainable increased business and ongoing relationships, supporting the variousinternal sales, marketing and service functions.


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Build and maintain relationships across internal departments.
  • Work closely with corporate sales and culinary teams.
  • Conduct product training and take ownership of queries.
  • Arrange end user onsite training with culinary teams.
  • Seek out, recommend and develop new product development and key product opportunities by surveying consumer needs and trends.
  • Keep abreast with products, market conditions and competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through research, reading professional publications and developing and maintaining personal networks.
  • Supply management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
  • Work effectively with the Middleby UK marketing department to develop consistent lead generation, new business ideas and opportunities.
  • Collate end user database for use for future marketing
  • Expedite and support the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Successful customer service/ sales experience preferably in the commercial catering equipment Industry.
  • Proactive approach, able to make decisions and to take appropriate actions, in line with agreed policy and objectives, with mínimal reference to the national account manager.
  • High level organisational and time management skills and the ability to pragmatically assess and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally and empathetically with all clients, internal and external stakeholders. Confident presentation skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy, monitor results.
  • Probing and enquiring mind in order to be able to explore options and fully and properly develop business opportunities and ideas.
  • Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Travel as required to various sites.
