Sales Advisor

Southampton, UK

We are looking for a drive, and outgoing individual to join our friendly team in Southampton.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Assist sales team with order processing, tracking, and followup
  • Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with sales forecasting

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Proficient in retail math and calculations
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Salary:
£23,658.00-£25,041.00 per year
