Sales Advisor

Southampton, UK

We are looking for a drive, and outgoing individual to join our friendly team in Southampton.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Assist sales team with order processing, tracking, and followup
Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Prepare sales reports and assist with sales forecasting

No experience needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Proficient in retail math and calculations
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
