We are looking for aService Transition Administrator.

Purpose of the role:
This is a hybrid role working at our offices in Chippenham and working from home.
This role sits within SSS providing the core IT services that support our company and our customers, in particular Service Design and Transition control in accordance with the requirements of the ISO standard.
This role involves both process and co-ordination skills and will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to process, identifying improvements that will be addressed via the Continuous Service Improvement Program (CSIP).
This is a fast-paced environment, so it is essential that you are able to manage a changing list of priorities.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable experience of administering and delivering Service Transition within a 24*7 mission critical environment OR minimum of 4 years' experience in other service management functions with considerable exposure to and/or training in Service Transition.
- Good customer facing, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
- Able to analyse, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets.
- A Level or equivalent experience.
