An opportunity has arisen within the company for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide a range of recruitment and administrative activities for Borderbrite Ltd within the Carlisle Office.

Purpose of the position_


Borderbrite Ltd are looking to recruit a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to work closely with the Recruitment Manager and office-based colleagues.

The post holder will provide a range of recruitment and administrative tasks for Borderbrite Ltd to ensure the continued smooth running of the business.

If you are a fun, bubbly, motivated and enthusiastic administrator with excellent organisational skills, a can-do attitude, and an ability to multitask then this may be the perfect position for you

Key Responsibilities & Duties - full details will be discussed during interview_

  • To assist the Recruitment Manager in any recruitment activities including attending job fairs. Making calls and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Processing holiday requests
  • Writing and sending letters
  • Data entry and updating company documents daily
  • Editing and formatting spreadsheets
  • Communicate with other members of the team including senior management
  • Any other administrative duties associated with the post

  • To be able to communicate professionally with prospective applicants in both verbal and written form, whilst building a personal rapport with them
  • To be able to prioritize workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • To be reliable and trustworthy
  • To have good customer service skills
  • To be a team player and willing to assist colleagues within the team where possible
  • To be able to provide good work references

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
