Description

The Head of Performance and Planning will oversee all aspects of operational performance for the Integrated Care System (ICS) and for the Integrated Care Board (ICB).

The post holder will support the organisation in developing clear governance processes for the management of performance and support the wider executive team with performance management aligned to the ICS assurance framework and the NHS system oversight framework.

The post holder will act as a link between operational, corporate and executive teams across the ICS, providing high quality analysis to help understand performance, and develop clear plans for improvement.
