  • We are a small family owned professional cleaning company. We own the Molly Maid Croydon and Coulsdon franchise which means we carry out professional domestic cleaning in customers homes in and around South Croydon, Selsdon, Shirley, Purley, Coulsdon Caterham, Chaldon to name but a few areas.
  • We have been running our business for 11 years now and have built up a good reputation within our community for a reliable, professional and quality cleaning service by partnering with reliable, conscientious and reputable staff members.
  • Many of our staff members have been with us from the very beginning and are now receiving their 9 and 10 year service awards Those that joined, after many are on their 3rd or 5th year with us and we like to think that reflects how much we value our staff and how much effort we put in to making sure we have a happy team.

What we are looking for....

  • We are looking for an experienced, confident, dedicated individual with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, to take on the role of domestic cleaning and join one of our well established cleaning teams.
  • Your work will be carried out in a team of two maids and you will be paired up with one of our fully experienced route managers who you will work with daily and will train you to become a fully fledged Molly Maid team member
  • As we are such a close knit team you will have the opportunity to get to know your team mates and customers and build long lasting working relationships throughout your time with Molly Maid which makes this role perfect for someone who has a passion for cleaning and LOVES meeting new people and provide a exceptional customer service.

The MOLLY MAID ROLE INVOLVES:


  • We currently have a vacancy for a
    Part time or Full time position and would like to hire someone with
    a passion for cleaning and a desire to achieve the highest of professional standards
:

Applicant MUST
  • MUST have a FULL AND VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE and is available for work between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday._
  • We have an operating policy which is fairly unique to the cleaning industry
- in that we
do _
not operate during evenings or weekends_ and only schedule our services _Monday to Friday -_
- this allows our employees to work regular hours and still have time for themselves and their families during evenings and weekends.

  • The offered role is a Part timer hours ) fully employed( 1530hrs ) position complete with contract and therefore you will benefit from 20 days paid annual leave plus all 8 bank holidays, enrollment into Work Place pension scheme.
- full time use of one of our company vehicles.( for full time staff ONLY )

  • Previous experience in a professional cleaning role is preferred in either domestic cleaning or commercial cleaning. However full training of our Molly Maid cleaning methods will be provided and your training period will be set based on previous experience.
