Recruitment Consultant required to join our permanent division by Expert Resource based in Colchester. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to fast-track their career.

As a start-up, we have had lots of success in the markets in which we operate and are now looking to grow our teams and divisions here.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant that wants to work in a permanent division, placing permanent IT experts into FTSE100 Companies and other high-end organisations and Consultancies.

We are looking for someone who has lots of energy and enthusiasm.

Ideally, someone that would like to lead a team down the line or become a manager in the future, although this isn't mandatory.

Your role:

You will come to a desk that already has opportunities to work from day one. This will allow you to bill and get up to speed quickly.

Whilst leveraging off our current clients, your role will also involve generating new business, introducing our/your service to potential Clients, account managing your clients and carving out your own established desk.

The opportunity to hire and grow a team under you would be there if you had the desire to do so and if targets were met.

This would allow you to form your own bank of desks and spearhead the permanent division.
