Are you a litigation paralegal ready to make the next step towards your professional career? If so, a highly reputable Legal500 firm is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious litigation paralegal to join their team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team and to carry out high quality work.

As a litigation paralegal, you will primarily be working on recovery of possession of property for both social and private landlords.

Your duties will consist of (Not an exhaustive list):

  • Issuing Pre-litigation letters and providing advice
  • Drafting relevant documents (Notice of Proceedings/Notice to Quit)
  • Supporting fee earners
  • Managing your own caseload.
