We are a family run steel fabrication company with a broad range of clients across various sectors, from construction to utility to food.

We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Draughtsman to join our team to support our continued growth.


Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models using Tekla and/or advanced steel drawing software.
• Produce fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and other relevant documentation to support the fabrication team.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure all designs meet project requirements and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to project teams.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Continuously seek to improve the design process and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and draughting.
• Proficiency in Tekla and/or advanced steel drawing software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
