Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at our Sennybridge Training Camp in Powys, Wales.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

change as needed You will be required to work flexibly over the course of a 37 hour working week. You will be required to work some weekends, this is reflected in our variable days allowance.

Main Responsibilities

General maintenance

Cleaning duties

Stock management

Waste services and sustainability tasks.

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective site delivery e.g. handover/ take back of facilities with service users

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Knowledge of Health and Safety

Great communication

IT skills

Have a full driver's licence valid in the United Kingdom (essential)
