International Compliance Administrator (Funding)


The International Office is responsible for the recruitment and support of international students, driving the internationalisation of the University, and ensuring that it retains and enhances its global profile.

The International Compliance team provide a wide-range of services and support to students, as well as the academic and professional services staff, which include:

  • ensuring the University is compliant with external rules and regulations;
- providing information and support that is relevant to a student during their stay in the UK;
- the administration of international scholarships and discounts


About the role
***This post will be supporting a wide range of administrative responsibilities: - The management of financial assistance programmes, tuition fee discounts and operational plans relating to funding for international students

  • The management of the University's sponsoring agencies and their students, during all the stages of the student lifecycle
  • The financial daytoday processing of invoices and purchase orders

About you

  • Have excellent data manipulation and interrogation skills, paired with great attention to detail
  • Have some experience in delivering high levels of stakeholder service and effective communication skills
  • Be able to work flexibly to achieve team objectives by assisting others and working collaboratively to complete tasks and projects
  • Have the confidence to take responsibility for defined areas of work within the Compliance Teams
