We're looking for a Head of Private Clients to:
Lead a team of talented private bankers in Jersey
Further develop an already strong local franchise with private clients, trust companies and family offices
Maintain and improve operational efficiencies and risk management

Your team

You'll be leading the Private Clients team in Jersey. Consisting of six bankers with appropriate administrative support, the team has a strong position in Jersey market and ample scope to grow further.

Your expertise- Proven ability to inspire a team to achieve ever-increasing commercial success

Proven ability to work as a member of a senior management team of a regulated entity
Deep understanding of private banking products and services, and how they meet the needs of different types of clients
Enthusiasm for creating and building deep client relationships
Understanding of the inherent risks of private banking and interest in making certain they are properly mitigated
