We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Retail Catering Manager to oversee the running of this retail site based in E1, London.

This is a high volume site with a café, staff dining and vending.

As the Retail Catering Manager, you will work as part of a management team supporting the Account Manager to manage a multi-stakeholder client relationship.

You will be innovative and strive to develop the service and food offer across the retail operation.

You will need to have excellent financial acumen as well as be a strong leader with a proven track record of managing and developing your team as well as being hands on as and when required.

Passion for food and the hospitality industry is a given

  • Have a proven background as a Manager within a Catering & Hospitality environment
  • Have worked within B&I or a corporate environment
  • Have strong financial acumen
  • Be able to handle multiple demands as well as work under pressure
  • Be able to lead, manage and develop a team
  • Have good knowledge of current food trends and concepts
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
