Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded, national law firm on an opportunity for a Costs Draftsperson to join their busy team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with an excellent reputation, within a team that works on a range of high value matters.

As a Costs Draftsperson, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Costs matters

Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing and negotiating settlements of multitrack costs
Drafting own party and opposing third party costs budgets
Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting
Advocacy at telephone or in person court hearings
