Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Blackburn

Salary c£23K per Annum

Monday to Friday Every other Friday off)


Due to expansion, Coben Healthcare are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer for our freshly launched Health & Social Care division, to join our growing team in Blackburn.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing a positive customer experience.
  • Utilising job boards/social platforms/database
  • Liaising & collaborating with colleagues to establish market needs
  • Hitting weekly and monthly KPI Targets

Requirements:


  • Effective communicator written and verbal with an excellent telephone manner
  • Target driven, ambitious with a highly motivated attitude
  • Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic with attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a dynamic and versatile outlook
  • IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Operate as an effective team member and be resilient and adaptable

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
