Operations Support Consultant
The Operations Support team is a non client facing department, based at Head Office in Kensington.

They provide essential, behind-the-scenes, administration and support to the front line sales staff by processing all hotel and tour bookings and updating client files.


  • Sending hotel, tour and transfer requests to suppliers around the world.
  • Processing hotel, tour and transfer bookings on inhouse systems.
  • Providing internal support for sales consultants through various systems


We are looking for professional, positive and hardworking individuals who are keen to learn and are motivated to contribute to the team.

Prior experience of working in a busy office environment is preferred and experience working in the travel industry an advantage but all training is provided.


  • The ability to work independently whilst also being a contributing and positive team member.
  • High levels of accuracy and concentration and a natural attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • A working knowledge of Excel and Word, strong keyboard and PC skills and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • A sound general knowledge of worldwide geography is advantageous.

We work a varied 5 day roster pattern which includes weekdays, weekends and bank holidays with 9 hour shifts providing cover from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturdays and 10am to 6pm Sundays.
