Description
THE ROLE:
- Managing the servicing and maintenance of our fleet of over 50 operational vehicles
- Creating purchase orders for colleagues
- Administration of staff leave and rotas for a team of approx. 10 staff
- Providing support to our team with some administration of our broadcast maintenance processes
THE ESSENTIALS:
- Knowledge of relevant transport legislation covering vehicles and drivers
- Understanding of vehicle and fleet maintenance issues;
- Strong welldeveloped administration skills
- Able to maintain an effective filing system
- Good knowledge of use of Excel
- Good planning and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Able to take a collaborative and supportive approach in a team
- Welldeveloped communications skills with the ability to negotiate with external suppliers
- Ability to work with staff at all levels
- Willing to work on own initiative prioritising and working to tight deadlines where necessary
- Able to employ novel thinking to solve problems
