Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with partners on their agreed event day requirements
• Communicate with event staff throughout the day
• Health and safety checks
• Troubleshooting issues
• Stay up to date with event information (race times, changes etc)
• Social media content capture of partners in attendance
• Debriefing to the Account Management team after events, analysing areas to improve and how to do so in weekly team meetings.

Personal Specification:

Essential:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to carry out manual tasks to assist the clients where required
• Passion for delivering faultless events with a customercentric focus
• Willing to work on weekends
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willing to travel to events in other regions
• An understanding of social media and social media content

Desirable:

• Experience working live events
• Keen interest in and knowledge of running and sports marketing
• Knowledge of the charity sector.
