ERP Project Manager, Newcastle, £50-55K + 10% Bonus + £5,400 Car Allowance + Bens.

You must have a background as an ERP Project Manager with experience of Project Management or Process Improvement of ERP, shaping and delivering a number of improvementprojects within a multi-divisional business nationwide.

The role:
Planning

Plans, controls and manages the delivery of a Portfolio of projects to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
Ensures that all projects are appropriately planned as per guidance from the IT PMO Controls and Governance Models
Conducts regular reviews and reports progress against the project budget and project plan

Financial Responsibilities

Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
Liaises with budget holders and sponsors to manage the project spend within agreed budget
Ensures best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of resources and technology
Operates the PMOs risk framework to identify and manage the required outcome of potential risks and opportunities

Operational Responsibilities

Overall management of a projects
Liaison, communication and effective management of suppliers, the Business and other functions to ensure each projects effective delivery on schedule and within budget
Reports on budgets, resourcing, project(s) status, risks and issues to the Portfolio

About You:

The following qualities/experience are essential:
Experienced Project Management or Process improvement of digitalisation, with significant demonstrable experience shaping and delivering a number of improvement projects within a multi-divisional business nationwide.
High class facilitation skills with a wide level of internal and external stakeholders
Drive, energy, and enthusiasm
Able to remain calm and unflustered under pressure
Strong experience of workload prioritisation and ability to multitask
Strong understanding on the importance of people and process in change management
Experience of working in a digital programme environment
An understanding of assigned business functional domain including business operating model, activities, data, process, and information requirements
A Dynamic selfstarter with the ability to the get the job done
Ability to work under pressure
Strong understanding / recognised qualification relating to the disciplines of project management including best practice methodologies e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile, APMP, Scrum Master etc
Exhibits authority and leadership, takes responsibility, is Independent and selfstarting
Demonstrates teamwork at the highest level, highly collaborative approach, among the first to volunteer to help others succeed.
Ability to engage and influence peers in I.T., the Business and supply chain
Highly customer and delivery focused, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
