Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a Designer to join New Business & Marketing team.

You will partner with our Lead Designer and be a key player in driving new business and marketing across EMEA and the rest of the agency.

We want someone with bags of energy and drive that can demonstrate a passion for creativity and the finer details.

Success in this role will be determined by achieving individual KPIs that align with the department targets and senior stakeholder satisfaction.


You will be the glue within the new business team and agency, responsible for our shop window, bringing our personalities, values, and ideas to life across new business proposals, marketing and more.

You will also be the guardian of the Wunderman Thompson brand, ensuring it reflects the agency's values and aligns with our global brand positioning.

You will be responsible for Wunderman Thompsons' first impression with prospective clients and setting the standards of excellence and reflecting our positioning for each brief.

What you'll be doing:


Producing creative outputs across the entire spectrum of new business design from the initial proposal and presentation to supporting collateral, leave-behinds, microsites, and pitch theatre.

As well as social media assets and agency marketing.


What you'll need:


  • Experience in creating engaging new business pitch presentations, collateral and pitch theatre.
  • Extensive experience building and developing presentations according to client briefs, ensuring visual impact and utilising consistent and bespoke layouts throughout.
  • The ability to manage complex workloads and adherence to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience building visually influencing datadriven graphs and tables in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An ability to articulate and present your ideas effectively and influentially.
  • A solid approach to design from a strategic and conceptual perspective and can take it through to execution. Including the creation of brand assets and working within existing brand guidelines. Helping create and maintain design guides and practice guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint, confident in all Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.).
  • Knowledge of current digital trends to inform design across Wunderman Thompson's digital channels, such as web pages, banners and social content such as GIFs.
